Rebranding Strands
Strands is a multinational company dedicated to behavioral software developement and social networking. In 2008 all its divisions (musicStrands, myStrands, partyStrands…) were joint under one only name, Strands. At the same time, new ones were created, as moneyStrands. They were looking for a new brand concept and corporate image.

We wanted a logo simple and modern, dynamic, colorful. Something easily adaptable when creating new sub-logotypes. The approved proposal consists on a parent logo based on a custom-made typography and a symbol. Each sub-division is represented by one main color, which defines visual enviroments for websites and corporate products.

The result is a complete brand book with more than 30 logotypes and norms and recommendations for its use on web, phone devices and print media. It includes icons and favicons, logotypes and sub-logotypes, custom typographies, paper sets, keynote templates, color environements … We also made the Strands temporary homepage announcing the launch of Strands in the USA.
